Inchie Info....

Since it's the weekend (already!) I don't have much time for blogging but several people asked me about inchies so I'll try to give you some info. About the only guideline is that they're to be 1" square....fabric or paper or anything else you can think of, I guess. Then just embellish them in whatever way you like.

I will refer you to the Queen of Inchies where you can learn all about them and see how a "pro" makes them!! Lia is well on her way to making 1000 inchies! She also has a tutorial about making them and you will find her inchies on Flickr, too. She is the person who inspired me to try them....they sound so simple but finding things small enough to fit on 1" is a challenge.

Now I'm off to make my house even more sparkling clean, and to meditate on finding a buyer for it. I hope you all have a great weekend and I'll see you again on Monday.

  1. Miniature decor seems to be the rage this year...teehee!
I just wanted to say you icon in tribute to Daisy Lupine in your sidebar is so pretty and befitting of her! I was not close to her myself but many of my blogging friends were and when ya'll hurt I hurt for ya!

  2. How interesting that someone is making all those inchies! Wow! I'd never have thought of that! Janet you continue to blow me away!
