Hi to everyone and a huge big humongous THANK YOU for all your comments and messages. They must have done the trick because HB came home last night! He has to be quiet (that's going to be difficult!) and take it easy. HB has to go back right after Christmas for another check up and he will be on the medication for two months. So far, so good.
Now I just have to get a nurse's uniform and some running shoes on so I can keep up with everything. No driving for HB! And since we have a two-story house it means a lot of running up and down the stairs. He was borderline but the doctor said he would trust me to keep him quiet!
Thank you again for all your thoughts and prayers.
I'm glad HB is home and feeling much better-I think you would look rather special in a nurses uniform.
ReplyDeleteSo very glad to hear HB is home and doing better. Do not forget to take care of yourself as well. Happy Holidays. Love Hugs and Blessings
ReplyDeleteOh Janet thank you for this post! I was driving around today (in a loaner car, mine is kaput for now) thinking of you. I couldn't get near the computer! I was telling Pepper about Hb and you! She asked me if it was the lady with the Grey hair and the glasses. I was surprised that she kept up with my people!
ReplyDeleteJust hearing this news set my heart at ease. Even though it will be tough for you running up and down the stairs. Get him a little bell...and then he can ring you! Of course he must be considerate, which I'm sure he will be! You are still in my thoughts and prayers until he is over this hump! Yes I think there is an invisible thread between souls that connect! Prayer does seem to work!
Love and hugs Sherrie
Hugs
My warmest thoughst for both of you, Janet.
ReplyDeleteI will keep thinking of you and keep sending those wonderful cyber vibes your way.

ReplyDeleteJanet,
ReplyDeleteIt seems that HB has become the gift of choice this Christmas day. I pray he will become strong and well for the New Year.
Nurse Janet has a nice ring to it. If he is naughty and doesn't stay still...just give him a kiss and tell him you will take away your HO! HO! HO!
