Still Wainting!!!

We're all still waiting on that jet plane to arrive. When my son got to Juneau they told him his flight had been delayed by three hours!! So he missed his connecting flight out of Seattle. The airline put him up in a very nice hotel so he spent the night in Seattle and will get here today at 2 PM. We're all anxiously awaiting his arrival....

That's LuLu on the top of the chair and Harley in the seat. They're waiting, too. (Thank goodness for photos I filed away! Still no camera!)

  1. I am so excited for you that your son is arriving anytime now to spend the holidays with you. I am sure it will be a magical time of catching up, doing things, going places.
I hope he'll allow he's photo on your blog....we are all anticipating him and it would be lovely to see him with you.
I had to smile at your hairdo in the previous post...but hey, it was the times. It was very glam!

  2. I hope he arrives safely (I don't think he'll be there yet) and that you have a great time with him. I know what you mean about blogging without a camera - I have misplaced my cable at the minute so no pictures although I did finally update my blog which made me feel better. Need to schedule in regular blog updates - I am trying to manage my time better :)

  5. Flying just isn't what it used to be! Sigh! Now, they bump you off like it was nothing.

At least he got to stay in a hotel. So many don't offer that anymore.

  8. I know how you feel. It is hard to wait for someone you love. And then to have delay's is awful...I just know that he is there with you as I right.
Have a wonderful time. You have waited long enough. The Holidays will find you filled with joy.
My Cory fly's all the time and he says it is nuts out there.

  16. Cats relax much more successfully than human-beings!

Your hair-do in the other photo was very nostalgic! I remember the feeling of all that back-combed plastic, and the problems with wind and rain, which could wreck the edifice in seconds!
