Not much happening around here today. I've been digging out in the studio again. I don't know how I accumulate all the paper that I do but it sure piles up
FAST! I'm weeding through it all and getting rid of things I don't think I'll ever use....which is probably most of it. I'm always tearing something out of a magazine thinking I'll use it some time but I don't.
Here is my art journal page for yesterday....
February 16:

Maybe I have "time" on my mind since I never seem to have enough of it!!
I tell myself there is always enough time. It just SEEMS like there isn't. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Love the new page!

Hi Janet, Now that I'm not blogging during Lent, I plan to do lots of art work. I sure hope I live up to this expectation. If I do, I'll have lots to share.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Annie
I just love your journal pages, I do not know how you come up with all your ideas.
ReplyDeleteThis reminds me of a soul collage card that I did a while back on time. I feel like I haven't made peace with the clock yet.
ReplyDeleteI'm having a late giveaway since I didn't have time to get my entry in for OWOH. Come and visit my blogs for a chance to enter!
loving that page, time we are right we dont seem to have enough of it. Why is that.
ReplyDeleteI bet you are doing better than I am on the weeding out. I start and then it seems like I end up with a bigger mess. LOL Love your journal page. Girl you are going to have to open a library so we can all come and browse through all your journals.
ReplyDeleteJanet,
ReplyDeleteGreat post on Time something we all seem to want more of. I love all the pages you've done this week.
Your creativity flows brilliantly through all your journal pages, Janet....I'd be wasting time by procrastinating about what to put on the page but you keep pumping these fab pages out daily. I'm impressed!
ReplyDeleteThanks Janet, for the comment in my blog. It pays to visit your blog, you have so many interesting things there.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to Veleta for winning.
I like the art creation you have on this page. You have paper, I have yarn. Oh, boy, I need to organize mine.
I have some paper for you here, do you want it? (hehehheh)
Great page! I was looking at your pages on Flickr last night, what a great collection to see them all together. You can be really proud of those! Your TIME is being well spent I'd say. We all have the same number of hours in a day, but at the end of it, it's nice to have a visual reminder of an accomplishment. Most of my ideas are still stuck in my brain, making my to do list even longer.
ReplyDeleteHa! See my other comment! It applies better here1
ReplyDeleteI call it beat the clock...catching up...nothing stops the clock and I am always behind.
ReplyDeleteLove this post, your red is really fun. Time!!!!!
Hugs, Mary
