Keeping It Going....

Even though I'm losing interest in the index cards I'm still doing them. I usually get to this point in a challenge and just quit but this time I'm determined to see it through.

Here are the latest cards....

That's all I have for you today. I bought a 24" x 30" canvas yesterday and I want to start painting it. The smaller one I had started is just too small to work with. It's only 12" x 12". I plan to paint over it and do something else on it. The larger canvas may become the picture I was working on. And then again it might become something else altogether different. You just never know about me.

Have a great weekend....

  1. You have a great weekend, too! It's too hot here to do anything but melt. So, guess I can work on ICAD's!!!!!!!!

  2. Maybe working on all those small cards, and getting a bit bored by them, will envigorate you to hit that big canvas running!

Sometimes, as visual artists, we need to practice our scales...

You may be bored with them, but they're still really nice to look at! Oh and love that you're thinking big. Can't wait to see it!

  4. Lovely cards, Janet.

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who gets bored with challenges. I do try but I end up losing interest when other projects/distractions surface. Sometimes, it's a juggling act. :)

  5. I hear you on the ICAD that is why I created them all ahead of time, so when I got tired of making them, which I would they would all be made already....Good luck on the big canvas, cant wait to see what you do with it
