I always have a difficult time getting a good photo because of the lighting.
The painting I sold is the rust colored square in the second column from the right. The buyer is picking it up later. I'll have to get busy and make something to replace it!
Tomorrow we're going to the Poppy Festival. It should be a fun day although the temperature is expected to be about 94º!!! I may melt before I see everything. I'll try to take photos but sometimes I get busy and forget.

love the layout, love the pictures, and the one you sold perfect. Have fun at the poppy festive, you have to tell us all about it, wear a sunhat.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your sale. Georgia looks awesome front and center - I didn't realize how big she is!
ReplyDeleteHi Janet...Congrats on selling your art work! I love your Georgia lady (that's my mother's name). I had a computer crash and I got a new computer last week and then we were gone a few days so I haven't been online very much. I'm having to relearn everything on this new computer...I still haven't figured out how to transfer photos from my camera...it was so easy before. I'll figure it out eventually.
ReplyDeleteCheers,
Mary
I'm not liking this new blogger format either! I suppose we'll all get used to it *sigh*
ReplyDeletehave fun at the poppy festival! and show us some pics if you can!
Love the new wall...and predict four more will sell very quickly!!! Have fun tomorrow, drink lots of water!!

Well done on the sale. Your little art gallery looks so good with such lovely paintings of yours.
ReplyDeleteI agree about Blogger, it annoys me when I sign into to something I know my way around, only to find that it has changed and takes me hours to find anything.
I was having a winge as well today about blogger-don't they realise that people of our age don't like change.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the painting being sold -well done.
I'm not sure I like the new *blogger* either and I told *them* so! Congratulations on selling a painting. Have fun at the Poppy Festival and stay cool! :D :D

ReplyDeletecongrats on the sale! the poppy festival looks like great fun, and those fields of poppies are to die for. We have a few brave and hearty california poppies growing in our cold and rocky massachusetts garden. I adore them.

ReplyDeleteCongratulations on selling the painting! You really have to create something fast to fit in the (future) empty space, because the display looks so nice! I don't remember seeing the little cat canvas, it is so cute! Georgia looks comfortable in the group!

I LOVE that you have your art displayed in a salon. That would be way better to look at than a magazine while waiting for hair to color. Hope you sell loads more!
ReplyDeleteJanet, that wall looks great. Georgia is a real eyecatcher. What's her price? I would love owning her. Do you think that would be possible?
ReplyDeleteYour art looks wonderful on the salon wall Janet. A lovely display of your work. I am particularly drawn to Georgia - love the tones you have used. Enjoy the poppy festival!

ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous grouping by a very talented artist! Congrats on the sale, xoxo
ReplyDeleteI didn't know you had a salon. Your art work looks great hanging there!
ReplyDeleteIt seems I'm the only one who loves the new Blogger interface. Actually, it's not that new to me as I've been using it for months. I find it more flexible with so much more info available to us.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on the sale, Janet!! Your art looks so cool hanging on the salon's wall.
Congrats on the sale, Janet. That must feel so gratifying. I'm not crazy about the new "easy" blogger either. I defaulted to the classic view. I hope we can hold on to it.
