Quickie Post...

This is the last day of my son's visit so I'm spending time with him plus baking cookies for him to take home and getting all the laundry done...but I managed to do a quickie painting.

I had an 8" x 8" paper where I had used blue spray paint with a letter stencil. I brayered  on some red...

and then painted the face. She looks more like 4th of July than early March but that's okay...

I'll post again in another day or two. See ya then!

  11. She looks a bit different than your usual work, but she is still lovely. I am envious that you get to spend time with your son. I wish my daughter would come visit, but she has a new boyfriend! Sigh................

  13. Your red, white and blue lady is nice looking even for March. It is nice to be able to have your son with you, life is too short not have visits from our love ones. I will be seeing my brother and a couple of my relatives for the first time in two years since we had not seen let alone spoken to one another since then and this upcoming Wednesday we get to see each other.
