Can You Believe It?

My class at Legacy Commons begins on Sept 9! I'm excited and terrified all at the same time. I've never taught a class about anything so I'm wading into unfamiliar waters. I just hope I don't drown.

Here's the official flyer that is on the front desk
and will be in the next newsletter...

I sure wish all of you could be with me as support on that first day. I know I'll be nervous and unsure of myself. Now I just have to hope that someone actually shows up for the class.

I know I've neglected my blog recently and I apologize. My big plans for August Break didn't pan out either. But I hope to have more things on my blog in the coming weeks and months. Thank you to everyone for hanging in there with me.

  9. Nothing to worry about Ms. Janet. You will be an awesome instructor and I predict your class will be full and as word spreads there will be a wait list. Make a little bio for students to read, include publications, etc. They will like that. (((hugs)))) excited for you!!!

  11. It will be great. Just talk to them like you talk to us, your blog pals. Besides "Janet" shines through so brightly in your artwork, that when they see your samples, you wouldn't have to say a word if you didn't want to. I'll bet you'll only be nervous the first few minutes!
